(OTCQB:NEPH) (the “Company”), a commercial stage company that develops and sells high performance water purification products to the medical device and commercial markets, today announced that it has completed a private placement in which it sold approximately 4.4 million shares of common stock at a purchase price of $0.45 per share, resulting in total gross proceeds to the company of $2 million. The private placement was led by the Pessin and Farwell families.
