Reis & Irvys Looks to Engage Location Partners with New FroyoRobots.com Informational Portal

Reis & Irvy’s Offers Corporate Location Managers an Additional, Passive Profit Center in Just 15 Square Feet of Space

SAN DIEGO, CA - (NewMediaWire) - March 18, 2019 - Generation Next Franchise Brands (OTCQB: VEND) announced today that its flagship subsidiary and premium, robotic soft serve franchise, Reis & Irvy’s, has launched a new informational website for potential location partners.

The portal, located on the web at FroyoRobots.com , is designed to provide introductory information to food service managers and facility decision makers who have taken interest in the unique opportunity offered by Reis & Irvy’s.  “Airports to major hotel chains, colleges and universities to corporate campuses, major national retailers and many others are asking how Reis & Irvy’s can add additional profit and service to their existing space,” said Nick Yates, CEO of Generation Next. “The new website serves as an entry point where companies and location management teams can obtain some initial information and express their interest in hosting a Reis & Irvy’s kiosk or kiosks.”

From there, Yates said, a dedicated team will work with potential locations and their management teams to analyze their potential.  Yates detailed benefits to sites hosting a Reis & Irvy’s kiosk including:

  • 24/7 operation, no people required, which is great for facilities with demand for food before or after the main food service or cafeteria closes
  • Wide range of Dannon YoCream flavors and blends
  • Remodeling not required – the kiosk is self-contained and only needs a 220V outlet
  • Hands-off for the local site because maintenance and support is provided by Reis & Irvy’s national network of operators and distributors
  • Ongoing marketing and flavor promotions
  • Improves the overall experience of employees and customers
  • Drives additional traffic to the business itself

Jay Rader is the Director of Food and Nutrition at Johnson City Medical Center, where food service is managed Morrison Healthcare (a division of the Compass Group). Rader chose to install a Reis & Irvy’s kiosk and had this to say about his experience, “Reis and Irvy’s brings swirls of smiles to staff and visitors here.”

Beginning in April, 2019, Generation Next intends to select an additional 75 to 100 locations per month to receive Reis & Irvy's kiosks. This new information portal will help Generation Next identify the best locations for the frozen yogurt robots. Key traits of top locations include:

  • 6-7 day per week access
  • 10+ operating hours per day
  • Foot traffic of 2,000+ people per day (on average)

The new website is intended to address the growing interest from potential location partners as well as to support the company’s selection of the right locations. “With production and delivery increasing, we can turn our attention to location procurement,” Yates said, adding that the company has hired a new National Sales Director whose eyes are on some of the country’s largest retailers.  Testing with some of the largest regional and national companies and retailers is already underway.

There are some 200 Reis & Irvy’s kiosks currently installed nationwide, with some 300 premium locations currently secured and pending installation.  “We’re making sure that location procurement keeps up with the level of kiosk production and delivery expected later this year, and that we have premium locations available for all of our franchisees and our ‘19 Degrees’ corporate run units,” Yates said.
