(NewMediaWire) - August 24, 2023 - Glendale, CA – 2024 Presidential Candidate Larry Elder recently visited the 17th Annual Dragonfest Expo in Glendale, CA.  Dragonfest is a one-day event hosted by the Martial Arts History Museum celebrating Asian art, history, and culture.

Elder, who was the leading opponent to the California Governor Newsom Recall, took the stage to address the crowd of thousands about his plan to revamp the Oval Office and replace the current placeholder, president Joe Biden.

A fan of the martial arts, Elder also took in a visit to the Martial Arts History Museum which is currently in Burbank, CA. Burbank is considered the movie industry capital of the world. Some of Hollywood's most influential people are part of the Burbank community.

The goal of the museum is to relocate to a much larger facility to accommodate larger groups and periodic field trips. “Moving to Glendale will establish a new mecca for museums in Glendale. They currently have the Armenian Museum underway, the Neon Museum is there and hopefully, they will have the martial arts museum as part of their visitation experience,” notes museum president and founder Michael Matsuda.

Dragonfest, hosted by the Martial Arts History Museum, is their 17th annual event. It’s not only for the enlightenment of the positive contributions of the Asian culture, it is a fundraiser for the museum.

“I understand the importance of having political people involved with the museum,” adds Matsuda. “We brought a lot to the community of Burbank. From blood drives to giving out uniforms to those who could not afford them to Anti-Asian hate seminars and more. We feel we will be a nice addition to the city of Glendale and I'm looking forward to working with their council.”
