LiveOne (Nasdaq: LVO) Earmarked to Join Prestigious Russell Index

LOS ANGELES, CA - (NewMediaWire) - May 28, 2024 - LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO), a dynamic music, entertainment, and technology platform, announced today that it is included in the preliminary reconstitution portfolio which was communicated to the marketplace at the close of trading on Friday, May 24, 2024. Updates will be provided on May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 21. The newly reconstituted indexes will take effect after the market close on June 28, 2024.

On Friday, May 24, 2024, LiveOne was included on the preliminary Russell 3000 Index and fully anticipates inclusion into the Russell 2000 when finalized.
